Attention Wrestling Coaches

All coaches are reminded of their obligations in the GHSA Wrestling Weight Management program. Included are:

• all schools must join the NWCA...membership dues are $30 payable this season to the NWCA
• all schools must enter their season schedfule on the OPC
• all athletes testig at or below 7% body fat must be cleared by a physician immediately(use attachment 2 in the handbook)
• all weigh ins must be reported based on your schedule
• all actual weights must be recorded within 48 hours of competition
• rosters are to be updated , especially for those no longer wrestling
