Learn How the Rules of Golf Can Help Your Team

The Georgia PGA Foundation is once again offering a great Rules & Etiquette program to all high school golf teams. Qualified Georgia PGA or GSGA Rules Officials will come to your school or Region and put on this 45 minute to 1-hourprogram for any boys or girls team that is interested.

The program is designed for junior golfers to showcase the most common rules that you come across during your round and proper etiquette on the course for those that may be new to the game.

The Rules of Golf are designed for the most part to be of help to the player, not to penalize you. Knowing the basics can go along way to help save strokes during a round, something we can all agree is very beneficial!

For more information or to schedule your school on the program, please contact Scott Gordon (678-‐461-‐8600 or sgordon@pgahq.com) at the Georgia  PGA office.
