The 4th Annual MACOHI Holiday Invitational Tournament will be held at Madison County High School in Madison, FL. The dates are December 19, 20, and 21st. Entry fee is only $150. There will be 8 boy teams and 8 girl teams from various classes. Tournament will be single elimination with a consolation bracket, so you will have 3 games no matter what. T-shirts, hospitality room, trophies for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Consolation winner, plus every team will have one player earn a spot on the All- Tournament team. The Crown Jewel Classic Committee is currently seeking teams for the 2013-14 tourney field in Leesburg, Fl. Dates for the event are December 17-21. Teams are "pooled" with teams of their same ability and all teams are guaranteed 3 games in the tourney. Coaches will receive such items as Free golf on quality golf courses, Tourney Polo's, Briefcase etc. All players receive T-shirts, Tourney dog tags and shoe bags. Motel rooms are also arranged for all traveling teams at a GREATLY reduced rate and include 4 in a room with free breakfast each morning! Ground transport is supplied to and from airports for teams flying in and discounts on cars or vans can be arranged for those teams requiring them. The Bronson (Florida) Boys Basketball program is currently looking for teams to compete in the 13th Bronson Holiday Classic Dec. 26-28, 2013. We prefer teams that have an enrollment under 600 as the teams slated to play tend to be small population schools. The Classic is an 8-Team tournament with a 3-Game guarantee. Players and Coaches will be provided with T-Shirts and there are awards for the Champions and an All-Tournament Team. Once the field is set, information about hotels willing to accommodate the participating teams at a special rate will be sent to the team coaches. The fee for this tournament is $150. Bronson is located just 15 minutes from Gainesville and just under 2 hours from Orlando.
