GHSA Officials Appreciation Week
To recognize the important contributions contest officials make to our member schools and student-athletes, the GHSA will once again celebrate Officials Appreciation Week during each sports season.
Schools hosting events during these designated weeks are encouraged to recognize and thank the officials serving their contests. Appreciation can take many forms, including thank-you notes, treats, special announcements, or other gestures that let officials know their time, commitment, and service are valued.

Officials play an essential role in providing our student-athletes with the opportunity to compete. We encourage our schools, coaches, student-athletes and fans to take a moment during these weeks to simply say THANK YOU!
