Football Regular Season / Playoffs

GHSA football regular season and playoffs (4 weeks) will be broadcasts by three (3) media partners — Georgia Public Broadcasting, Score Atlanta TV and NFHS Network. Georgia Public Broadcasting (GPB) will televise and video stream ( “Football Fridays in Georgia.”  Score Atlanta TV will televise various events on Peachtree TV throughout the 2023 Georgia High School Football season, including the Sheriff's Cup Invitational, Corky Kell + Dave Hunter Classic, Great Atlanta Bash, Drive for the GHSA State Title, the Second Annual Georgia High School Football Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and the Georgia Elite Classic. The NFHS Network will stream the largest schedule of Friday games and state playoffs originating from the GHSA member of the schools broadcast program.

Georgia Public Broadcasting - Television
GPB will televise live eight (8) football and three (3) flag football state championships on Dec. 11-13. All games are also steamed live and available on demand on and NFHS Network.   

NFHS Network / GHSA - Video Streaming
NFHS Network ( is the official digital network of the GHSA, with live and on demand video streaming to any device of regular season, playoff and state championship action in several sports throughout the scholastic year. Subscription rates for live events will apply. Past championships are also available for free demand viewing. Digital downloads can be ordered on the network.

Statewide Radio
Dickey Broadcasting Company’s Sports Radio 680 The Fan & Southern Sports Today Network, along with the GHSA present the 2023 Georgia High School Football Scoreboard Show. The program will feed live from the studios of 680 The Fan and Southern Sports Today on Friday nights 10pm to 12 midnight starting August 18th through November 10th. The show will be distributed in partnership with Sky View Networks and available online at Talent hosts are 680 The Fan’s Steve West, Chris Mooneyham and Justin Hanover, and will include the latest scores and interviews with coaches and play by play announcers statewide. 2024 High School Radio PSA Campaign

The NFHS and the NIAAA—have partnered together to produce a series of radio PSAs that will help to support high school sports and performing arts.  Topics include the value of participation and the mental health of students to the importance of Title IX and the shortage of sports officials.
We encourage all radio station personnel to download and begin airing the PSAs on your station as often as possible. We recommend school personnel use them as pre-game announcements, post them to your website, and much more. Thank you!
