The 2026 GHSA / Dr. Ralph Swearngin Basketball State Championships, presented by Breda Pest Management, were held March 11-14 at the Macon Centreplex. There were seven (7) teams that won first-time basketball state championships in their school history — Darlington, Heritage-Catoosa, St. Pius, Creekview, East Laurens, Rabun County and North Paulding.

(2A), Heritage, Catoosa (3A), Marist (4A), Creekview (5A) and North Paulding (6A); Boys – Darlington (Private), Rabun Co. (1A Div. 1), Clinch Co. (1A Div. 2), Morgan Co. The BSN Sports 3-Point Contests were won by Trace Adcock, Rabun Co. (Boys), Madison Bennett, Trinity Christian (Girls) and Ben Holland & Karina Barton, Walton (Coed). The Slam Dunk winner was Cordell Simmons, Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe.
