Literary Area/Region Alignments for 2018

Thanks to all of our schools for being involved in this process for Literary Alignment for this Spring.  The Literary Sub-Committee and the GHSA Executive Committee passed this change last Spring to attempt to consolidate some Regions with a small number of schools entering literary, with other like Regions to save everyone money.  After several attempts to gather this information, we released a Proposed Alignment in early January, which since has had approximately 100 additions and changes, before we reached the current Literary Alignment.  We feel confident to proceed with this alignment, which returned many proposed Areas back to Regions, with the added number of schools (nearly 300 total) competing.  Again thanks for your assistance and please let me know if you see something you believe GHSA needs to address.
