GHSA Webmail


 

The GHSA webmail system is available at mail.ghsa.net.  Enter your mailbox (the part before the @ghsa.net in your email address) and your password on the login form.  The webmail site is implemented with Roundcube.

 

Change Password


To change your email password, click the Settings link at the top-right corner of the page.

The Settings page should appear - click the Password link at the top of the page.

 

The Change Password form should then appear.

To change your current password, simply enter your current password and the new password you would like to use (twice to confirm) then click Save.  It is recommended that you use a password that is at least six(6) characters long , contains upper and lower case letters, at least one number, and at least one punctuation character.

Once your password is changed, you will need to update it in other programs and devices that you use to work with your email - such as Thunderbird, Outlook Express, or Blackberries, and Android phones.

 

Vacation Message


Use these instruction to set a vacation (autoresponder) reply that will be automatically sent to those who send messages to your email address.

Click the Settings link at the top-right corner of the page:

 

The Settings page should appear - click the Vacation link at the top of the page.

 

 

The Vacation settings form appears next - in order to set a vacation message, check the "Send a notification" checkbox and enter a subject and message that will be sent.  Press the Save button to setup the responder.  When you ready to turn the autoresponder off, go back to these settings and uncheck the "Send a notifcation" and click Save.
