Per GHSA by-law 4.39, GHSA Executive Director Robin Hines conducted a “universal” coin toss to determine which part of the bracket would be “home” in all classes of 11-Man Football Semifinals  if the two competing teams are equal seeds AND both schools meet the GHSA requirements for hosting a the contest (see Page 66 of Constitution for hosting criteria).
The universal coin toss results established that when like seeds meet, the TOP half of the bracket will be home in the semifinals of 11-man Football.
This is only for games between equal seeds. In all other cases, the higher-seeded team will host as usual.
